Yesterday I wrote about how today I’ll have to face the weighing scale and see whether I lost weight. Well, I’m happy to announce to whoever is interested to know that I did lose some weight. Not as much as I wanted it to be but I did lose 1.6lbs and that’s good enough.
But while I’m happy about it, the more I realize that I still really haven’t gotten the groove on how to really lose weight. Last week, I went on a strict diet and I gained a little more than a pound from my previous weight, but this week, my diet was way out of line because of my busy schedule but still I lost 1.6lbs.
According to my trainer one reason could be I ate too little a week ago that my metabolism also went really slow.
