I really thought that I won’t lose any weight this week. In fact, I thought I’ll gain weight because I haven’t had any exercise this week except last Monday. But I think getting sick is one way to lose weight, not the healthiest way to shed the pounds or fat but it does make you lose weight. I guess that’s the only explanation why today when I stepped on the weighing scale it read 207.8lbs as oppose to the 209.6lbs last Saturday.
That’s another 1.8lbs off from reaching Project 168.
