This is my second post regarding the food I eat. But since it’s the season of ‘Kung Hei Fat Choi’, its also the time of the year when Tikoy or Chinese Sweet Rice Cakes are in every corner of the house.
Believe me its not easy being around Tikoys because they call out to you and beg you to eat them even if you know that it’s high in sugar and simple carbohydrates. But, as expected, I still gave in to eating tikoy. The
Tikoy Temptation is just too much for me to refuse.
Anyway, this is what I had today.
2 Pcs. Gardenia Whole Wheat Loaf
1 Can Century Corned Tuna
1 Mug of Black Coffee
2 MBS of Beef
2 MBS Chicken
3 Servings of Mixed Vegetables
2 Handful of Grapes (A fruit that really taste good but might be the best one to eat because of its high glycemic index or high sugar content.)
6 slices of Tikoy cooked coated in egg.
8 MBS Tuna Fillet
¼ Serving of Vegetable.
